So I found out that you can eat 3 egg whites for 1 weight watcher point vs 2 pts for 1 whole egg. So it got me wondering what an egg white sandwhich would taste like.....must find out.....lol my body might just go into convulsions for eating something so healthySo I put 3 egg whites(the crows are thanking me right now for my yolks of kindness) 1 tbsp of mayo which was slightly not enough, 1tsp of hemp hearts, 1green onion, celery seed, lettus and whole wheat bread WOW!!!! So how did it taste.....well not bad but I think the flavor is in the yolks, pretty bland tasting. Right now my taste buds think the crow got the better portion but my waistline thanks me.....lesson learned can't have your yolk and eat it too....BAAHaaaaaa!!
